Incidental concrete and masonry preparation directly related to the installation, including threshold modifications, small concrete pads, shallow post footings, localized CMU infill, concrete surface repairs, paver removal/replacement, and mechanical anchor embedment.Limited Drainage Adjustments
Limited surface drainage adjustments directly related to building-entry protection, including drain grate adjustments, localized surface drain tie-ins, short gravity-flow piping connections, backflow-prevention coordination, and sump/pump interface coordination.Work Coordination
Coordination with licensed and insured subcontractors for major structural concrete, deep excavation, bulk utility infrastructure, and specialized trade work beyond TZO Construction’s direct installation scope.

TZO Construction, LLC does not perform product manufacturing, product testing, infrastructure flood-control work, levees, dams, seawalls, marine construction, roofing, building envelope waterproofing membranes, deep foundation underpinning, foundation repair, heavy civil highway/roadwork, ground-up residential tract development, or new condominium development prior to certificate of occupancy.
Coverage / Project Types
TZO Construction’s retrofit work may involve existing commercial, industrial, institutional, essential facility, multi-family, condominium common-area, mixed-use, and existing residential buildings. Habitational and condominium work is limited to retrofit, maintenance, repair, and alteration work performed after certificate of occupancy.
