Expertise

Shimi Tzobery is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Certified General Contractor (CGC) with more than 30 years of engineering and construction experience across complex public and private projects. His background spans engineering design, construction management, permitting, field execution, and owner-side project leadership.

At FloodReady, Shimi applies that experience to flood mitigation through independent engineering judgment, property-wide evaluation, and technically coordinated solutions designed for permitting and implementation.
