Professional Background
Shimi Tzobery is a Professional Engineer licensed in Florida, New York, and California and a Florida Certified General Contractor, with more than 33 years of engineering and construction experience across complex infrastructure, commercial, institutional, residential, and flood mitigation projects in the U.S. and internationally.
Today, that experience is focused exclusively on flood mitigation, combining structural engineering, constructability, permitting, and site integration to help owners and project teams make informed, property-specific mitigation decisions.
