3. Flood Mitigation Disclaimer

FloodReady integrates third-party, pre-certified flood protection systems. We do not manufacture these products and rely on the original manufacturer's performance certifications and FM/ANSI compliance data.

The flood mitigation systems are engineered for substantial impermeability in accordance with currently adopted ASCE 24, Florida Building Code and FEMA Technical Bulletin standards. While these systems are designed to mitigate significant water intrusion, performance is based on defined hydrostatic and hydrodynamic loading conditions.

Performance may vary based on site conditions, design assumptions, installation quality, maintenance practices, and the characteristics of individual flood events, including water depth, velocity, duration, debris impact, and unforeseen conditions.

Flood mitigation products and systems are not life-safety devices and do not replace the need to follow evacuation orders or emergency directives issued by authorities having jurisdiction.

FloodReady does not guarantee complete protection against all flooding events or conditions. Use of FloodReady products and services is subject to these Terms and any applicable written agreement.
