Procure & Install
This phase executes approved, permitted designs through coordinated procurement and disciplined installation, delivering reliable, operational flood protection systems.
Execution Without Compromise
At FloodReady, we recognize that procurement and installation demand disciplined execution. From manufacturing quality control through field installation, we manage logistics and oversight to ensure systems are delivered, installed, and verified in full compliance with engineered and permitted requirements.
Scope Of Work
Procurement Coordination
We coordinate with our approved manufacturers to confirm system configuration, prepare shop drawings, verify compliance with permitted designs, and manage fabrication scheduling and delivery logistics.
Pre-Installation Planning
We verify site readiness, confirm field measurements, assess substrate conditions, and coordinate access, sequencing, and safety planning to ensure efficient and controlled installation.
Site Preparation
We perform required surface preparation, anchoring layout, concrete modifications, embedded frame installation, and interface detailing to ensure structural integrity and watertight performance.
System Installation
We install flood protection system components, and associated hardware with precision alignment, torque control, seal integration, and field adjustments to meet performance criteria.
Quality Control & Compliance
After installation, we perform structured quality control to verify anchorage, alignment, seal integrity, hardware performance, and compliance prior to project closeout.
Training & Closeout
We conduct deployment demonstrations, verify alignment and seal compression, provide client training, deliver O&M documentation, and coordinate warranty and final compliance documentation.

Engineering-Led Approach
System installation is the controlled execution of engineered details, not field improvisation. Anchorage, gasketing, alignment, embedment depth, and substrate preparation directly affect performance.
Our engineering-led installation and quality control oversight verify manufacturer requirements, structural conditions, and permitting criteria in the field, reducing risk and ensuring systems perform as designed under defined flood conditions.
